A tasting that shows how a single grape can display extraordinary versatility and give life to profoundly different wines, always maintaining its Salento identity.Before the tasting, a guided tour through the cellar and barrel room will lead you to discover the family's history, the winemaking traditions of Salento, and the techniques that bring our wines to life.
